Construction Update
Blake Builders has been hard at work since last May, and the mixed-income Promenade at Pioneers is starting to take shape.
The two units in Building A are the furthest along, standing tall on the corner of South 46th and Pioneers. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical have been completed, and drywall is being installed this week.
The four units in Building B aren't far behind with framing speeding along.
Building C, the largest with six units, has a foundation in place and underground plumbing work is underway.
More updates will be coming soon, and site tours will begin shortly!
